FAQs

Online Ticketing Questions

Q: Can I use my season tickets online?

A: Yes you can. To use your season tickets online the box office must have your email address. If you have not already provided  your email to the box office, please call the box office at 248-1141 with your email address. Then use the code the box office gave you when you purchased your season tickets.

Q: Why am I not able to use my season tickets online the first week tickets go on sale to Season Ticket Holders?
A: Online ticketing has to be open to everyone or no one, because of this we do not open online sales until the week the tickets are available to the general public. This is because we still want to be able to give Season Ticket Holders the perk of getting their tickets a week early. As always Season Ticket Holders are able to call or come into the box office the first week tickets are on sale.

Q: How do I purchase tickets online?
A: To purchase your tickets online click any of the red tickets that say “Buy Now”. There are links on the Box Office/Tickets page and on the pages of show that have tickets currently available. We have also put the “Buy Now” ticket here on this page for your convenience.

A: Yes, for a credit card transaction there is a $2.00 per ticket processing fee for purchasing tickets online. However, that fee does not apply if you are using season tickets online.

Q: How do I get my tickets if I order them online?
A: There are two ways to get your tickets after you have ordered them online. The first option is to select the Print At Home option, when you print at home you can either print the ticket right away after the purchase is complete or you will receive an email that has a link to print your tickets at a later date. The second option is to select the Will Call option, your tickets will be held in the box office for you to pick up during box office hours or the night of the performance.
