Synopsis
Leonard Vole is arrested for the murder of his rich elderly friend Emily French.
Since Emily made him her principle heir, things look bad for Leonard. A
well known successful defense attorney can't resist taking on this challenging
case, where circumstantial evidence all points to the defendant's guilt.
When Leonard's wife acts as a witness for the prosecution, things turn from bad
to worse. Can his lawyer unravel the increasingly complex relationships at
the heart of the mystery? Only Agatha Christie could have conceived such a
suspenseful thriller and then capped it with an uncanny triple flip-ending.
