|
Synopsis Max Bialystock is a past-his-prime theatrical
producer who sweet talks rich old ladies into investing in his Broadway plays.
When he meets mild mannered accountant, Leo Bloom, the two come up with a
get-rich-quick scheme to produce the most notorious flop in history,
thereby bilking their backers out of millions. Only one thing goes awry:
the show is a smash hit! The Producers was both a hit movie and Broadway
sensation receiving a record setting 12 Tony Awards in 2001. This show
contains mature content.
