Synopsis1939 Hollywood is abuzz.
Legendary producer David O. Selznick has halted filming of Gone with the Wind.
The screen play, you see, just doesnt work. While fending off the films stars,
gossip columnists and his own father-in-law, Selznick sends for famed
screenwriter Ben Hecht and yanks director Victor Fleming from the set of The
Wizard of Oz. In this seriously hilarious comedy, Selznick locks his office
doors, closes the shades, and on a diet of bananas and peanuts, the three men
labor to create what will be one of the most successful and beloved films of all
time.
